Built a computer for my son as a graduation gift. He now has an A.A.S. I used an AMD    
2.8GHz Phenom 2 X3 720 processor and 4GB of 1333MHz  Ram. Also, put in a Geforce 9500 GT card at 16 x 2.0 and a one terrabyte SATA HD. The Monitor is a 23" LG with full HD. I finished with it today. I got him a wireless KB & mouse and a 3 piece speaker set. Sounds awful to me but he likes it. It's easily the fastest computer he's ever had. He'll need it to attend UNO for his B.S. Funny how it takes much longer to install all the software and updates than to put the parts together. Now the XYL wants me to build her one. Her laptop is running PC3200 for Ram. I did order me a new graphics card so I can use PCIe  also.
